AUTHOR GUIDELINES
The submitted manuscript must be original, previously unpublished in other venues, and align thematically with the scope of the conference proceedings. All submitted materials are screened for originality. Manuscripts may be rejected if plagiarism or other forms of improper borrowing from previously published texts are detected.
The use of generative artificial intelligence (AI) in scientific articles is discouraged. In cases where the authors have employed AI tools to create or edit textual, graphical, tabular, or other content, the generated text must be accompanied by a citation. The authors bear full responsibility for the correctness, originality, accuracy, and scientific validity of all submitted materials. Any text produced using AI must be thoroughly reviewed and verified by the author. Generative AI technologies cannot be listed as co-authors or authors of submitted manuscripts, as they are incapable of assuming responsibility for the content, accuracy, scientific reasoning, and other aspects of the publication, and therefore do not meet the authorship criteria established by international standards of scientific publishing (e.g., the criteria of ICMJE, COPE, and other relevant organizations). The use of AI in the "Results" section or other structural parts of the article presenting the core research findings, as well as for generating images in a scientific paper, is prohibited. Non-compliance with these requirements may be considered a violation of publication ethics.
Articles of greatest interest are those encompassing theoretical, hypothetical, methodological, predictive, and practical components, and which consider advanced international experience. Research that not only presents an expert opinion in the form of theoretical theses but also substantiates their validity and reliability with primary and secondary data is particularly welcome.
The writing style of articles must be academic. Political or emotionally charged statements should be minimal or entirely absent. The content of the article must not contravene the legislation of the Russian Federation. When mentioning individuals or organizations recognized as extremist, or organizations whose activities are prohibited in the territory of the Russian Federation, the author is obliged to provide an appropriate reference (to a document from a relevant authority—a court, Roskomnadzor—that confirms their status).
Significant non-compliance with the formal requirements may result in the manuscript being rejected by the editorial board of the conference proceedings during the initial review.
A single author, including in co-authorship, cannot publish more than 2 papers in the conference proceedings. The number of authors per article must not exceed 3. The list of references should include no more than 2 publications by the authors of the submitted article. Self-citation should not exceed 10%.
